Rick Bergholz is the owner of Best Construction. He has been building custom homes, villas, and Townhomes throughout the Omaha area for over 22 years.  Rick is a hands on builder who pays attention to every detail during the construction process.

He has been involved in construction since his days in college.  He started out as a framer and has worked at almost every job in the building process.  He actually built his own first home while he was in college.

Best Construction is currently building homes in Bellbrook. Best will build a custom home in any area depending on lot availability.

We currently have villas available in Sugar Creek and Copperfields.  We are also building in SunCrest, Sagewood, and Harrison Woods.

We also have Townhome units available in SunCrest, Sagewood, and Copperfields.

Best has put together a "Preferred Lender" program with Union Bank. If your buyer obtains financing with Union Bank they can get in for $0.00 down and closing costs are paid. There are also other promotional incentives available.

If you find a lot in another area we may be able to build there as well.
Rent while you build with a monthly lease.
